SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD- 55 grams of protein!
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
salt and lemon pepper to taste (I use @redmondrealsalt save with HHH15)
Combine all ingredients well- that’s it!
Makes two generous servings- 55 grams protein, 325 calories
Or four smaller ones
