PRIORITIZE PROTEIN- a great goal is one gram per pound of ideal body weight. This is going to increase satiety, greatly reduce cravings and is essential to maintain lean body mass while you’re losing weight
GET YOUR STEPS IN- there are endless benefits to walking. Many experts suggest aiming for 8,000-10,000 steps per day. I personally go higher. Don’t over think this- they all add up. Use the pedometer app on your phone
KEEP TRACK- a study of over 1600 people showed that those who tracked what they ate lost twice as much weight as those who didn’t. I personally prefer writing it down rather than an app but do what works for you!
