FAVORITE CHICKEN SALAD
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 large apple, diced with skin on
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
salt and lemon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl- tastes best after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.
Can serve oh a bed of greens or on its own.
Makes two large servings 350 calories and 55 grams protein (or four small servings 175 calories and 27 grams protein)
