Can’t stop talking about the results I’ve had using this little device two minutes a day.

The jowling that was developing along my jawline is gone. Cheeks are firm and sculpted, and lips are noticeably fuller.

In the interest of transparency I’ve been getting Botox in my forehead since 2019 but this has transformed the rest of my face.

Highly recommend!

The 3 things I do daily to feel amazing at 58, five years post menopause:

PRIORITIZE PROTEIN
I build meals around protein dense foods like meat, fish and eggs, fill in with colorful produce. I aim for at least one gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight but usually go higher

WALK
I used to aim for 10,000 steps a day. Several months ago I increased to 15,000 steps a day as a bare minimum and I am loving how my sleep and energy levels have improved (and so has my ass!)

PLANKS
I have been doing planks daily for years (usually on my balance trainer) because they’re a great full body workout that’s amazing for core strength.
