This is too easy! Preheat oven to 350.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment and spread cottage cheese to form a rectangle. Exact size doesn’t matter- will take a little longer to cook the thicker it is.)
Season however you like and bake until it starts to get golden. Mine took about 45-50 minutes but I started checking frequently after the 30 minute mark.
If you notice some water is being released (check at about 30 min) you can carefully drain that into the sink or blot up with a paper towel, then put back in oven to continue baking.
Allow to cool (it will firm up more as t cooks) and cut into 4 pieces.
Each piece contains 14 grams of protein and only 80 calories (this may vary a bit depending on the brand of cottage cheese)
