Mexican Wedding Cakes (Russian Tea Cakes) Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 2- ¼ cup flour ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup pecans or walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup powdered sugar Pre heat oven at 400 degrees Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Cream together. Work in flour, salt, pecans until dough holds together. Shape into 1 inch balls and place onto baking sheet 1 inch apart.
