I love Black Watch tartan plaids for the holidays and beyond. And my favorite retailer for all things plaid is Talbots. They make it beautifully! My plaid velveteen straight pants and black velveteen straight pants (c/o) both fit true to size; I'm wearing a misses 10. The cashmere sweaters fit true to size and I can even wear a camisole underneath for more warmth if needed. The wool blend coat (c/o) fits true to size. I find the quilted down puffer vest to run a little large and I sized down to a misses small for a slimmer fit. I can still layer underneath comfortably. Don't forget to accessorize with one of Talbots brooches and earrings. And my Tish Chelsea boots are my favorites!
