I'm big on supplements because health is wealth! These are the daily supplements I take, I have been taking these for almost 2 years now consistently. The only one that's new is the Hyacera which is a skin supplement. A good Synbiotic is good for gut health, a daily multivitamin, D3 and Maca Root are good for reproductive health. I also take Cholorophyll drops everyday because they are good for gut health and also act as a natural deodorizer.
