🏥 BOOK REVIEW 🏥 This Is Going To Hurt by Adam Kay I broke up my Christmas book reading streak to listen to this memoir and holy moly - it was so good! I didn’t realize this was based on British healthcare, but a lot of what was discussed sounded very familiar 👀 I liked how the author told stories of patients and his time as an OBGYN through diary entries. There was a perfect mix of humor and sadness. I actually laughed out loud on the train one morning - it was awkward. Yet the last diary entry ripped my heart out - so heartbreaking.
