These will be my go-looks this month! When I think of January, I think of cozy, of course, but I also think of bold and bright colors to keep away the winter blues. The weather may be dreary but our outfits don’t have to be. As you’ve probably heard, burgundy has been the “it” color of fall and it’s expected to stay that way through spring. It’s a great color and it’s one that almost everyone looks good in. So I’ll be wearing that in a variety of pieces, including with dresses and tall boots. Black is a winter staple, but I plan to keep it bright by pairing it with jackets with gold accents and adding a bag in a bright color. On the opposite of the spectrum, is there anything prettier than a monochrome winter white outfit? Consider adding a piece in faux fur too. I’m rounding my looks out with the soft and cozy. I love wearing sweaters in winter in pastel colors, especially this yellow. It says “spring is coming” to me. The same for my fleece pieces.
