I tried the viral shower curtain garland hack, here’s everything I used. I used an adjustable shower curtain rod and two of each: 6 ft. green pine garland, wintery greenery garland, and Smokey pine garland with pine cones. The pine cone garland is made of wire and helps secure everything together❤️. You could also add a few Christmas bells to the sides ( I added those links) and everything is from Amazon.
