I sculpt the face and “reinforce” (brighten/add coverage) concealed/highlighted areas with baking powder. Baking powder is more opaque than setting powder. Baking is also a technique of putting an excess amount of any powder on, allowing it to dissolve into the skin, and brushing the excess off for more intensity and longer lasting oil absorption. From the Lorac Highlight & Contour Palette, I used the SHIMMER HIGHLIGHT on the sides of the eyes on an angle to “pop” my eyeshadow and the YELLOW HIGHLIGHT around my blush & between the brows to define the cheek, slenderize the nose & pop the lips. Note how I used the SHIMMER WHITE on the bridge of my nose & center chin dusted off prior to filming.
