5 tips for creating a unique and functional bunk bed room!! 💙 1. Incorporate the bunk color throughout the room. We used the blue color of the bunks on the back wall as well and the built in window seat drawers 💙 2. Pick a layout that will fit your needs. My son was used to sleeping in a queen bed, so I wanted to keep the main bed a queen and add a twin for guest above. Also adds the ability to sleep 3! 3. Switch up the orientation… I love having the bottom bed facing forward like I would traditionally set up this room. As well as allowing a more open feeling for his day to day sleeping! 💤 4. Space plan the room so it isn’t too heavy on one side. We added the window seat to balance the room and add additional storage. 5. Have fun with the bedding to complete the design! I like matching the top and bottom comforter so it coordinates well together! LTKKids LTKHome LTKBacktoSchool
