COME ON IN: Attended a Fall wedding and reception at a working farm- this dress and boots were perfect for it! Dress and boots were under $100 total!

COME ON IN: For this guest bathroom refresh, we bought matte black hardware to replace the dated hardware from before. I’ve chosen to use matte black in this house for selfish reasons - my 87 year old datelines with is now and I don’t want to spend my time wiping faucets clean every time he is around 🤣 I chose the round backplates and rods, since there are so many lines in the tile and vanity.

COME ON IN: This espresso machine has been a luxury that I don’t take lightly. Fresh ground coffee every day is one of my greatest joys every morning! I put filtered water in mine so I don’t have to worry about descaling as much, but a light comes on and tells you when to do it. It’s heavenly!!
