I’m 5 foot four and wearing a size 24 in the jeans and a size double zero in the blazer. The blazer runs true to size but the jeans run big .

New Home Progress Report- starting to source for an open floor plan.

Wanting to use as much of what I already own to make our new home look modern, warm, open, soft, and lend itself to the Spanish style architecture.

We’ve always wanted a single story open floor plan. For the first time we’ll have an island. It’s prewired for pendants. Help me decide how to warm up this space to give it a “soft” Spanish influence. My cabinets are white, floors will be wood, and counter tops a milky quartz. My fixtures are matte black so I’m thinking think black pulls and lots of clay and wood textile accents.

I can’t wait to choreograph this closet. These have been some of my favorite closet, organizational tools that I plan to use in my new space.

We just can't get enough of this wide leg jean. We first featured FRAME’s Le Sim Palazzo wide-leg jeans in February 2024. They are such a universally popular wide-leg style we selected them in Corduroy this September 2024. Patch pockets are popping up on jeans this spring. If placed properly like these they can be super slimming. These wide-leg jeans look the best with heels or boots and short jackets and sweaters.

This only looks like a basic button-up, but once you try it on, you'll see why we're obsessed with this staple. The "Barry" in this blue with a brown stripe looks so fresh and ties all of the pieces in our January drop together. I just got the "Joedy" in the softest blue herringbone, 25% off. My favorite Frank and Eileen button-up is the "Barry" in vintage stonewashed indigo denim.
