I love the shorter length. It looks great over high-rise jeans a skirt or dress. The fun bright colors add some personality, even if I just tie it around my waist or throw it over my shoulders.

I can’t resist a Hilow moment by pairing it back to skirt from Walmart and Valentino bag.
