While I was pregnant, I read the book French kids eat everything. We truly live by what the book teaches. He’s not allowed to eat unless he is sitting down at the table or the kitchen bar . Not even a cracker on the move. he’s not allowed to run around while eating. This helps so much with being able to go to restaurants with him. I also don’t make special food for him. He eats what we eat, if he chooses not to eat, he’s not offered anything else. He can have a milk before bed, but that means he skipped dinner.
