Embracing the Journey: As a mom of four, I've learned to cherish every curve, every stretch mark, and every change my body has undergone. It's a testament to the incredible journey of motherhood. Last week I went on a Tiki Boat ride with a group of women where we did a self confidence hypnosis, shared stories, and enjoyed drinks! It rained but we made the most out of it 🙌🏼 I’m learning to celebrate self-love and the beauty of embracing my ever-changing body.
