Self-care is something I don’t do much of especially with my busy schedule lately. One of the things I love to do to give back to myself though is to box with my trainer and make time to move my body. Before that though, I need to warm up these legs with my favorite way to do so, my Therabody leg wraps and/or Theragun. It’s magical! Comment below and let me know how you give back to yourself ! 😘
