Mornings are a little crazy right now with my teen awaiting ACL surgery, my toddler turning 3 (enough said) and a newborn. On top of starting my postpartumfitness journey for the third time, I am prioritizing my diet for me and my family to fuel this life and lack of sleep. Linked the mason jars and silicone trays I used in my LTK - in my bio and up in stories💕 Simple Mills Pumpkin Muffins - added Chocolate Chips Recipe per box Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats 2 Cups Oats 1 Cup Coconut Milk 1 Cup Water 6 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder 6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds Splash of Vanilla Store in Mason Jar overnight In the morning add Peanut Butter Granola and Chocolate Chips on top Egg Bites 8 eggs Splash of Milk Salt Pepper Add to silicone tray Shredded Cheese on top 20 minutes at 400 degrees Store in refrigerator overnight I’ll be adding bell peppers, ham and cheese next time around! momhacks mealprep postpartumfitness momlife
