How to smell better with natural deodorant. First off these are the only two brands I like and trust for deo. Salt and stone every scent is 🤌🏼 So first things first we need to minimize the bacteria that’s causing the funk. So we use charcoal based masks & cleansers with enzymes and acids to break down the bad dudes. Something I’d HIGHLY suggest is cleaning up the diet as well to be whole food based with no added sugar or grains (pathogenic bacteria love sugar and grains.) From here we use detox mask once to 3 times a week before showering, cleanser armpits with the aha cleanser & then done with aha toner to further ensure the bacteria balance prior to applying your natural deodorant 💕 Keep going it’s a process. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for your body to adjust. No shame in using secret etc but for those of you who want to make the switch this is how I did it. The change in diet was major for me so I never want to discount that part or minimize it. When I was eating sugar my skin sucked including my underarms. Without it I often forget Deoderant.
