There is nothing worse than having breakage and having to cut your hair short to regrow it…ammiright? In 2023 my hair was burnt to a crisp and I had to cut it almost chin length 😩 I’ve been on a healthy hair journey since and have found products and methods that have helped a lot so sharing that with all of you. Because we don’t gatekeep duh. 💗 First thing I did was get the cut. Yes it sucks but cutting all the split ends is necessary for growth. Same applies to our personal lives too 💅 Next I began oiling my roots before wash day (do NOT do this over dry shampoo or excess product it will clog your follicles& lead to hair loss!) I also oiled my hair daily from mid length to ends this is major, don’t fucking skip this step. At night I slept with my hair in a sleepy tie to protect the hair and style it also makes it more bouncy…win win. Growth serum at the roots DAILY. I never skip a day. I’ll link two options for you guys in different price ranges both work good one is just supreme. Exosomes are THAT girl. Massage in to scalp. For shampoo and conditioner I use sulfate free and extremely gentle. I personally use Monat and have for years because it work amazing but if you want an alternative I’ll link Kerastase which I’ve also used in the past and is the best at Sephora. Always pick the hydrating formula best for you. Damage repair you can use now and then but will dry out and crack your hair if over used. Hydrating the hair keeps it flexible. Styling you absolutely 1000% need a heat spray or cream. I’ll link my favs. The color wow works amazing in humidity& gives unreal goddess shine. ✨ I prefer using minimal heat or no heat on my hair with heatless curlers etc but I also love a good blow out so high quality tools were worth every penny. Don’t forget to eat high fat and omegas for insane shine and high protein for INSANE growth. I recommend sardines, wild salmon, eggs & beef 🥩 LTKGiftGuide LTKBeauty LTKSaleAlert
