The key to longer, thicker, more lustrous hair is to minimize heat.

This is heatless curls I have been doing these for over a year and my hair is getting so much better (along with a solid routine) after bleaching it to death it’s finally on the mend ❤️‍🩹

Heatless curls look so good when done right! I like to do them when the hair is air dried to 90%, use a little mousse and hair oil mix and then wrap them.

Make sure you wrap the first bang section super high up so it holds and go in small, tight sections.

Retainer must haves 🦷

I have used the ultrasonic machine for over a year on my retainers and need to rescue it from my old house today it cleans Jewerly too.
10/10 amazing purchase for all things cleansing and brightening.

For retainers toothbrushes do not get them clean enough below I have my travel case (UV Sanitation light) and the “denture” cleaner that works great at gentle cleaning.

Just wait till water turns clear then rinse a lot. I use the tablet once a week and the UV to store them.
