Breast feeding has been a STRUGGGGLEEEE quick story quick: it took a while for me to produce and I was barely making enough to cover her feedings each day.
She was 37 weeks old when born so she has not a strong suction so straight from the source wasn’t working I had to pump. I have 3 pumps and one I LOTHEEE so I won’t link that one.
I love these portable for on the go or morning pumps. I began storing the parts (not machine) in the fridge for easy access and so I’m not sanitizing every 5 min. This saved my sanity.
Now for supply I use 2 pills I will link I do 2 of the Cash cow in the am and 2 of the others afternoon (you can add a third dose at night if you need-I personally do not need this) and I use these breast massagers prior to pumping to relieve hardness and get the milk flowing.
Use tallow on boobs before pumping! Also can be used to help prevent chapping.
The nipple covers/milk capturers are amazing! Buy them.
They help me get more milk and also protect my sore nips lol
Glass storage for the win because I hate heating up milk in plastic.
& the on the go chiller is like a Stanley for babies it’s a MUST!! I wish I bought this sooner.
