This mermaid core dress I shockingly happened to have lying around in the closet (🙄😅) was perfect for The Little Mermaid movie debut. At first the whole video was all about the sparkle… But it ended up turning into more than that for me. It made me thank myself for the years of moving regularly. My disciplined hour of exercise 4-5 days a week has become my oasis. I adore the movement and the focus. It has become a form of meditation. It has also enabled me to recently stand up onto the armrest of an airplane seat and contort myself whilst dislodging my fellow passengers carry-on bag that had unfortunately ensnared itself in the overhead compartment.
