2 - Choose tops with finished hems that cover your tummy area... bonus if they have a rounded hem!
3 - Layer with a tailored blazer or jacket
Have you noticed that since hitting menopause or peri-menopause you gained more weight in the tummy and sides? It's been really frustrating for me, BUT it is totally normal. As we get older, especially with declining estrogen levels, our weight naturally redistributes to our stomach area.
