Designer tip when styling stems, to make your vase look extra plush and full… 1. Use wire cutters to trim your stems so they sit lower into the vase. I like to do this when I’m using a clear vase, because you can see the bottom of the stems and still want them to look natural. 2. If you have a solid vase and won’t see the stem, you can alternatively bend each stem to create varying heights. This also creates more depth inside and helps keep the stems in place. 3. I will often bend a stem or two twice to create more volume towards the mouth of the vase. 4. Keep things full in the center while also letting some branches fall to the side to keep a more natural look. 5. don’t worry about the back if it won’t be seen. Here it is up against a wall so I’m able to use less stems and focus on the front and side view. 6. Finish it off by bending a few stems downward, so the branches look even more realistic. springstems spring flowers vase fireplace LTKHome LTKFindsUnder50 LTKSeasonal
