a perfect midweek pick me up💃🏻 next up for strawberry week is the strawberry prosecco margarita! she has all the favorites of the classic margarita with a spring sparkling twist. for one serving: - 4 strawberries, stemmed and sliced - 1/2 oz honey - 1.5 oz tequila - 3/4 oz lime juice - 3/4 oz Cointreau - chilled Prosecco, to top Add the first five ingredients to an empty shaker and muddle until strawberries are well broken down. Dry shake (no ice) to mix before adding ice to the shaker. Shake again and strain into a salt rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a strawberry!
