White on the left: pops open like a pack n play. One piece. Bottom panels decently padded. Grey on the right: feels a little more sturdy. Legs come off to collapse. Bottom is not as cushiony as white. *both come with bags that fit in a suitcase* I purchased a roll up mattress to put inside for more cushion (it’s age appropriate for my son)
