Morning workout complete. I make sure every workout is done with my sweat band! I know it has helped slim my waits area because I love sweets especially cookies lol as a nail technician I’m constantly sitting which is even more of a reason why I make sure to get in the gym at least 3 times a week.

I use my throat spray everyday to help keep away unwanted germs. As a nail technician who is always face to face with so many clients, keeping my health always at its best helps keep me prepared and healthy from the cold and sniffing season!

I even use this spray on my daughter. She doesn’t like the taste but health is wealth and this stuff works wonders!

Loved this set but if I wear it together it reminds me took much of pajamas so I’ll wear the pieces separately. The pants are a medium but I was between a small and medium I went for the medium for more of a comfort feel as the small was more snug.

Wearing this cheetah in Nola. Absolutely love this material. The red underneath has no sleeves and the material is very soft. I’m in a medium from top to bottom.
