Corn Dip 🌽
2 cans Mexi Corn
1 cup Mayo
1 cup Parmesan
8oz block Pepperjack (shredded)
2 diced Jalapeno Peppers
4 slices Chicken Bacon (or regular bacon)
Combine mexi corn, mayo, parmesan, 3-4 oz of pepper jack, and 2 diced jalapeños in dish.
Stir until combined. Top with remaining 4 oz of Pepperjack.
Cook in oven on 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with chopped bacon. Cook an additional 10 minutes at 350. Serve with chips of your choice!
