New Workout Shoes from Nike! I had been using running, walking shoes for strength training & Hiit workout days, but needed some more stability.

I have a wider foot and did not need a width in this shoe and would say they fit true to size. I usually wear and 8 and these fit great! I love the look and they do come in multiple colors! Some colors are on sale for under $100! Plus if you sign up for Nikes email you can get free shipping and free returns. I ordered two sizes and sent one back!

You’ll love this cozy Cobble Hill fleece tunic from Dudley Stephen’s! I’m wearing it in Navy, Vello Fleece (my preferred) and would say it fits true to size. If you want a slightly roomier fit size up.
