Jackpot Summer by Elyssa Friedland ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I thought this was a really well written family drama. I loved the different perspectives and experiences between the adult siblings. I loved how despite the situation, they always came back to one another. This was overall entertaining. The characters were real, well developed and they all had unique personalities. I truly enjoyed all of them. I thought that it was an overall sweet and funny story, although parts were not very realistic in my opinion. The 4 Jacobson Siblings meet up at their parents’ Jersey Shore home after their mother’s death, to help their father before he sells. While there, they go in on a Powerball ticket, which changes their lives drastically - for the good and bad. The story takes you on their journey, from childhood memories, to adult life, to all the challenges along the way. For anyone that enjoys family drama, pick this one up.
