Only Santas in the Building by Alexis Daria (Part of the Mistletoe Collection) ⭐⭐⭐💫 This was a cute holiday romance novella where Evie finds love in her apartment building. The insta-love was a bit much for me. Not realistic in my opinion. I liked the one person POV as I think it worked well for this story. Daria did a good job setting up the plot and the storyline.
