What the Wife Knew by Darby Kane ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Struggling to review this one. I really liked the first halfish of the book. The pieces were all there. I enjoyed the POV of the second wife. But the second half was a struggle for me. I did not like the POV of the person killed. I did not like anything about him. I did not like Addison, the second wife's, pov anymore. The pieces were all over the place and the story just felt ridiculous. There were too many twists and turns and it no longer felt realistic and enjoyable. I am tough on thrillers though, so maybe try this for yourself? Dr. Daugherty is a famous surgeon, tragedy survivor and hero. Of course Addison, the new second wife, is the prime suspect when he is found dead. But Addison receives a note of her own - will she be able to walk away as a rich widow?
