Briar Club by Kate Quinn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As always, the amount of research that Kate Quinn puts into her books is unreal. This one is an incredible story about women, their friendships and the secrets that surrounded them during the McCarthy Era. There was history, there was mystery, a murder, lots of secrets and real relationships. I loved the story line and the dynamics between the characters. However, this was probably my least favorite Kate Quinn book. I thought that there were too many characters and points of view. I felt like I did not get enough from all of the characters. That being said, I’m not sure which POV I would get rid of, because they were all great and important in their own way. Overall, another wonderful, engaging and well done book.
