Stop scrolling for a minute… Take some deep breaths. Practice gratitude. Let your body know that it’s safe. Sometimes our lives can be so busy and feel so overwhelming, and if we don’t stop and take time to recenter (even for 30 seconds) it can start to impact our health in big ways. Try to have at least 3 “anchors” throughout your day- 1-2 times of recentering yourself, focusing on your breathing, and practicing gratitude. Even set a timer on your phone if you find that helpful!
