The compartments are spacious, holding up to 28 pairs of shoes, or 56 pairs if you use shoe boxes. You can also fit multiple shoes in the compartments even without boxes. Plus, there's extra storage on top. Perfect for books, makeup, shoes, and purses. You can probably fit at least 200 books on it! Most standard hardbacks fit horizontally, while some paperbacks and smaller hardbacks fit vertically. I can also see a beauty guru storing all their favorite skincare, makeup, and perfume products here to display them and prevent them from expiring in drawers.
