I am in my tea era this year. After learning about some of the gut issues I am having I was told ginger tea or ginger lemon tea before a meal could help me digest my food better. I also decided to try this Chai one. If you are sensitive to caffeine this one was incredible! I am so glad I decided to get it. What are some of your favorite teas?
