Let’s wake up that metabolism this year and get your body burning fat instead of storing it. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 💪🏼 Consistent and heavy strength training. If you want to shape your body composition, this is the key. Nobody got ripped sitting on an elliptical for an hour. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🛌 Sleep, rest, stress management. You can’t power through these things - believe me, I have tried.
