Last night was a black tie dinner in Africa and I searched high and low for an appropriate dress. I ultimately couldn’t find what I had imagined so I made it. I purchased two of this trench - an XS to wear and then an XXL for the fabric, which allowed me to add more length to the hem and also more fabric to the sides to make a fuller skirt.
