I have been making dinner for our family and this week I decided to organize our menu by country. The Fourth of July was American night so I created chicken sandwiches on thin, sliced bread with provolone and avocado and then our guests dressed their sandwiches with tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, and condiments. I grabbed some Burger House seasoning for our sweet potato fries and gave the kids red and blue fruit for dessert.
