We’re finally going to have a proper dining room! In the 3 years we’ve lived here, we haven’t had a proper dining room, and I’m beyond excited to host and eat in here!

I looked at so many dining chairs for this room - I wanted something slightly sculptural, but comfortable for an evening of board games and gracious enough for my plus-sized butt 🙃😂

Obsessed with the things I chose but I also wanted to share some of the other ones I considered. So many sales for president’s day!

A little bathroom refresh to start the year! Our master bath is small, and it’s a thing we cannot change. But we can make it nicer!

The paint color (Sherwin Willams Earl Gray) brings out the veining in the tile, and I love this vanity light fixture. Looking into the bathroom from the bedroom is my new favorite view.

Also including a few of the options I’m looking at for the bathroom vanity and faucet. We’ll do that later this year!

Loving this current phase of our master bedroom! I’ve mixed higher- and lower-priced pieces to make something we really love.

It’s cozy but light + airy at the same time. We’re adding wallpaper this week, but everything else is staying except the bedding (I’ve linked the wallpaper and new bedding, too! It’s going to be so pretty!)
