Sharing a close up of my new walnut butcher block counter top for my small kitchen island. I chose a chevron pattern and absolutely love it, but if that’s not your style there are so many other options and sizes to choose from. This is such a fantastic alternative to a stone counter and much more affordable too!

This year I changed up my holiday garland on my staircase and have been loving the extra lush look. I used a cedar garland as my base and then added pre lit cypress garland on top. The lights are battery powered (so no cords!) and are on a timer so you don’t need to worry about turning them off. I added some velvet burgundy ribbon and garnished with some brass bells! 🎄🔔♥️

Loving the vintage flair this new island pendant is giving. It’s a milk glass shade with a brass fitter. Mine is the 15” diameter (comes in various sizes!) #kitchenlighting #lightfixtures #vintagelighting
