I have been taking the @cleansimpleeats greens, collagen, probiotic, & protein for over 2 years now and I love it! My skin is so much better because of the collagen, my greens give me all the vitamins and fruits I lack in my daily regimen & not to mention I don’t get sick! I started using the @maryruthorganics supplements about a year ago and I like it.
We have all heard we are vitamin D deficient so taking this once a week makes my life easier than remembering daily to take it.
Now this sea moss because it’s a first impression give me a good 2-3 months to see if I like it or not; but I’m excited to add this to my regimen. I want to make my 2025 the best my body has been including getting back into the gym 😩. I’m not too excited about that because I’ve never been a gym girlie never been an athlete but I know that I’m getting older and I need to take better care of my body. Now with all this time I have I have zero excuses why I can’t.
