Beef and mushrooms recipe. INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon of butter 1 Chalote 1/4 cup parsley 1/4 onion 5 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon dry oregano 3 tablespoons of red wine or Marsala wine 1/2 cup of beef broth 1 can of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of Worcesctershire A1 sauce, Tabasco if you like. 1 tablespoon cornstarch INSTRUCTIONS: - [ ] In a saucepan melt the butter. Add chopped chalotes, chopped parsley, chopped onion, chopped garlic and 1/2 teaspoon oregano and fry for 10 minutes. - [ ] Season with salt and pepper to taste. - [ ] Add the wine and cook for 4 minutes. - [ ] In a cup mix the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcesctershire sauce, maggi(seasoning sauce) and tabasco and A1 sauce. - [ ] Slowly add it to the mushrooms let it cook for a couples of minutes. - [ ] In pan seared the meat or if you have a grill you can char meat over coals for about 5 minutes until meat is seared and color look right. - [ ] Put 1/2 of the mushrooms sauce on top of the meat and add 1/4 of cup of beef broth. - [ ] We will finishing the cooking in a slow cooker for 4 hours or in the Dutch Oven for 1:30 min - [ ] In a cup mix water and 1 teaspoon of corn starch and add to the left over sauce from the cooked the beef, cook for about 2 minutes . - [ ] Serve with white rice Chicken mushrooms sauce - [ ] If you want to do it with chicken.
