Poblano Sauce. • 1 poblano pepper Roast and clean • 3 Serrano chiles • 12 tomatillos/ green tomatillos NO green tomatoes • 1 cup of cilantro • 1/2 onion • 3 garlic gloves • 2 zucchini’s Instructions • first clean everything then in a baking tray at 400 for 20 minutes roast the veggies. • The poblano pepper clean it once is roasted put it in a ziplock bag so it’s easy to peel (seeds and skin) • Everything goes in the blender. Add the clean cilantro then blend. • In a pot get 1/4 of onion and fry until traslucid and add the sauce.
