Turkey Picadillo Recipe Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 small yellow onion - chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper - chopped
1 /2 red pepper chopped 1 pound lean ground turkey. 4 cloves garlic - chopped e
1 teaspoons dried oregano - preferably Mexican 
1 teaspoons ground cumin 
1 large bay leaf 1 can (14.5-ounce) diced fire-roasted tomatoes - undrained or just chopped tomatoes or cherrie tomatoes 4 green olives with pimento 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. 1 tablespoon capers
Splash of apple vinegar or to taste - 5 tablespoons of katchup Freshly ground black pepper Beef powdered bouillon Instructions Put Olive Oil in a pan -add onion, garlic and sauté until the are translucent. -Add tomatoes and cook for 5 more min, -add all the spices and the beef bouillon and simmer -add Turkey and cook for about 8-10 min - add olives, capers, bay leaves, tomato paste, ketchup and apple cider vinagre. Add pepper. Cook for 5 more min and it’s ready. I normally serve with white rice and black beans adrismexicankitchen recipe Tip: I buy peppers and I frizzed them.
