Cheese Flan (pumpkin flavor) My Cheese flan recipe: 5 eggs, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla (Mexican vanilla is better but if not it’s ok) 1 package of 1/3 reduced fat or regular Philadelphia cream cheese. (I used pumpkin flavor) 1 cup of white sugar. Instructions: 1- In a small saucepan heat white sugar until it melts and gets a caramel color, aprox. 7 min. Set aside 2- Pour caramelized sugar in the flan pan. 3- Place all other ingredients in blender and blend until smooth 4- Pour the mixture on top of the caramelized sugar and cover. 5- Place flan pan in the oven in a water bath (inside a deep baking tray 1/2 full of water). Make sure water does not get into the flan. 5- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min. When is done turn off the oven and Let it cool down inside the oven for about 30 min then Remove from the oven and let cool for one hour and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours and then unmold.
