Alright my friends, you loved my twist on the @krusteaz cornbread with the creamed corn and I thought it was time to show you how I make it into a party-size serving instead of individual muffins ✨ This recipe is the yields the most tender + moist cornbread EVER!! Perfect for any gathering! From BBQ’s to Brunch, you’ll have a crowd gathering and gobbling this up! 🩵Party Size Cornbread🩵 3 boxes @krusteaz cornbread mix 1 1/2 cup buttermilk (do not substitute) 3 eggs 1 cup oil (pick one: avocado, olive, vegetable) Two 14.75 ounce cans of creamed corn Pre heat the oven to 375° Butter a 9x13 baking dish 🩵In a mixing bowl, add the cornbread mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and canned creamed corn 🩵Stir this all together until smooth and pour into the buttered baking dish 🩵Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes 🩵Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until cooked all the way through 🩵Check at the 40 minute mark by sticking a toothpick into the center. It should come out clean or with few crumbs attached when it’s fully cooked 🩵Sprinkle with sea salt while warm - ENJOY!!
